1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using buyamericas.com ("the Site"), operated by Western Hemisphere Verified LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Marketplace

Buy Americas® is an online marketplace offering products certified through Western Hemisphere Verified® as genuinely made within the Western Hemisphere. Products are supplied by certified sellers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase on the Site.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment is processed at checkout through our WooCommerce store via third-party, PCI-compliant payment processors. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

8. Returns & Refunds
